Such a timely article. I stopped running after Easter this year due to trying to self-publish my first book. I am going back to running now, and this article makes me feel like I can do it, especially the 30-minute workout. I started running at 40 and have done 5 half marathons ... slowly. I used the 10-minute run followed by the 1-minute walk and have always used that. My word of the year is balance, so having just turned 73, I will return to running with your short workout while writing and publishing. Thank you.
