Limoncello is a Little Bit of Sunshine to Finish Your Dinner

I started with the first thing I needed to do for my “Christmas Baking” last night. Do I mean Christmas cake or shortbread? No. I don’t do them quite this soon as I know we will have to bake again before Christmas actually gets here.

Somehow they get consumed by somebody and by somebody I mean me! Sure my husband and son will have a few and then they are done. So I can only come to the conclusion that I am that thief.

Don’t say keep it in the freezer, cause there is nothing like a frozen cookie! I will start those goodies the second week in December. At the same time, I will make the treats that I do for gifts. They are quick and easy and I will write about them another time. Closer to the time I do the baking.

Due to my Italian heritage, I like to try to make Italian goodies. I try that is if they are not too difficult. So I have the ultimate Italian gift that is easy to make. The fact is that you do the first part now and then 2–4 weeks later you finish making it. This will allow you to gift them or for your own enjoyment.
