It's funny how your perspective changes as you age and life happens. I retired almost 4 years ago and now have been back at work 2 days per week to help with Covid for the last 6 months. Didn't think I would be here at this time of my life but there you go. Best thing is the young people that give me energy every day I work.

We need to evaluate our relationships and figure which ones are the ones we want to have and keep. The fact you didn't get invited to his going away party says something. The fact that you didn't care says more!
