Hi Todd. I think we all know the information you have written is what we should do but it is so much better to hear this coming from someone else. I have been self-isolating for a few days. I have a mild flu but no fever or cough. I do live in a complex with a lot of seniors so I am staying in to protect those more susceptible than I am. I have done much more cleaning and organizing than I would otherwise and realize this is the time to write what I worry about and how I can stop that worry. I am very aware of the significance of this virus as I used to work in healthcare at the BC CDC, but I have learned to use my worry for something good. Letting people know what to do during this time. How we can help one another.
Worrying is good as it can make us aware of dangerous things. As long as we don’t let it overtake our common sense, we should be fine. Thanks for the literal boot in the butt
