I have been applying this for the last few years. I haven't been too overweight but felt It was impacting my life and the exercise I love. I have lost 15 lbs over the last few years and feel so much better. I eat healthy and have occasional treats like everyone else.
Losing the diet routine of up and down, feeling guilty obviously wasn't working. I don't care what others say and am focused on feeling healthy and happy as a senior.
While I am still overweight according to the 'experts' I would like them to come running with me on my next half marathon. Hah!
