Great article. I think we all should take a look at how much we drink and why. I have recently decided to stop drinking Monday to Thursday as I am just too tired after dinner to do anything. I know that having a cider before dinner is just a ‘done for the day’ reflex. Funny I still do this even though I am now retired. I really enjoy a glass or two of wine with my meal but I have found that I do not have any energy to do anything after dinner. Hence my no drinking during the week. I feel better already and it is only been 3 weeks. I think on my part it is just a habit but I know that it can develop into something else. I will see how the no drinking on weekdays goes and may just decrease the drinking on the weekends. Thanks for the wake-up call!
