Hi Krista You are so right about overcommitting yourself. I love being busy and I have always volunteered in my son's education. I too have trouble saying no. I will turn 70 this December and it has me thinking about my life and what I want to do for the rest of it. I too need to reassess what I want to be doing before I say If only ...
