Hey Zack

I can relate to the lack of ‘good sleep’ feelings. I have worked rotating night shifts (11–7) for most of my working life. It always took me a day or so to get back to my normal sleep pattern. I was lucky to have a ton of energy most of my life. Research shows that people that work the night shift have a higher than normal chance for health concerns. Now that I am retired I have lots of energy again.

The bureaucracy you are facing is unbelievable but so true everywhere. One wonders if they exist to create and continue their jobs, not to increase health within the population.
