Hey Debbie, you certainly have the right attitude. Changing your diet is not easy. You can’t just stop eating like you can with drugs or alcohol. Follow what will work for you. I tend toward the Mediterranean diet with a little more protein in it. Fortunately, I am in good health now but that can change at any time and we need to make changes for the good sooner than later. The best of luck with both diet and exercise.
