Hey Christine. The point is that you are back, wobbly or not! I think most of us have become depressed with our lives being held in non motion. I don't feel that I need to be with people all the time but the fact that I can't is difficult. I too have gained 8 lbs since the lock down. I am back running and finally back where I was before coronavirus. In BC we are starting a slow, back to normal way of living and it feels so good. I don't care if it is just a few changes at a time as I think all the withholding of my freedoms for so long will not have been for naught.

Your back writing and exercising and remember it isn't how many times you fall but how many times you get back up!
