Regardless of age — yours or theirs.

Throughout your life, you have had mentors. Some better than others. If you are lucky you will have these mentors for a long time.

I always thought that once I was old enough and learned enough then I would be the mentor. I believe I have been a mentor for a few. And proud to be so.
