Excellent article. I am a 68 year old runner. When something stops my running (flu, sore hip etc) I immediately go back to half what I was doing and quickly get back to where I was. I run/walk 10:1 3 x week. It is as much a stress release as it is a physical exercise. Thanks Devin.
