Excellent and honest article. I am 69 years old and have been retired for 3 years. December of 2020 I was asked back to work in health care. I spent many years as a poison specialist and retired and began a writing career. I was asked to be a contact investigator for Covid. I work half time and actually have come to enjoy parts of it. The money is great but I think they will no longer need me by the middle of September as our numbers have really gone down (yeah!). I have mixed feelings about leaving. Just working part time keeps me meeting new people, especially young people. I need to think seriously about my plans when I will leave this job in September.
