As an older runner I feel the fear of not being able to run anymore. I have run 10 minutes and walked 1 minute for just over an hour as my regular way of running since I ran my first half marathon at 41 years of age. Now at 69 years I continue that way to run and do it 3xweek. Every few years I do a half but my main concern is to continue my weekly runnng. I am one of the lucky ones that has only been injured twice and each time not for long.

I hope you continue towards your goals of running as you did or to run as you can. Best of luck and ciao for now.
